At the moment, you have to run manually run Fennec once in order to create a few tables (passwords, form history) and set up some state. This is lame because it means Android Sync tests fail on a fresh install. Can we get the CP's for passwords and form_history to create the tables on demand, or come up with a better way to initialize this stuff?

wesj, this is driving me a little nuts. Can you suggest what the other CPs do (bookmarks, history) and why we're not doing this in forms and passwords? I'd like to move on this if it is easy.
