Then update the URL we're using for the "Learn More..." link introduced in bug 777805.

Are we still blocking flash on devices? If so, users are going to see a "Learn More.." link that doesn't go to a real page.

Flash is going away (bug 1381916), so there's no point in pursuing this further.
