mongout.com is a site that shows images from reddit - vitally important :) Once it is loaded you can use the left/right arrow buttons or the navigation arrows on the page to move between images. In Firefox this works perfectly. In Aurora and Nightly the previous image is not erased - the new image is drawn over the previous one. If you resize the browser window (or perform any other action that causes a full repaint) it repaints correctly. Haven't attempted to reproduce this anywhere other than Windows 7.

Mark, any chance of a regression range? Does this happen on beta?

WFM on beta. mozregression tells me: Last good nightly: 2012-06-27 First bad nightly: 2012-06-28 Pushlog: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=5cdbeae14405&tochange=bf8f2961d0cc I'll see if mozregression's attempts to narrow the regression by building works.

I manually used hg bisect to determine the first failing revision is: changeset: 97816:9a2cc88619ba user: Matt Brubeck <mbrubeck@mozilla.com> date: Wed Jun 27 16:24:53 2012 -0700 summary: Back out 438c192e561b and d6f341e77b68 (bug 762652, bug 762654) on suspicion of breaking Windows PGO tests Which seems very odd, but tried again - 97815 works, 97816 fails.

That's quite odd, since both of those bugs have since relanded....

This started working in nightly, so I tracked it down to the fix for bug 769541 - which has been merged to Aurora, and that too started working in the last day or so - so I'm pretty sure we have a dupe!
