778255 - remove code/tests/cronjobs which use obsolete pre-mobeta tables

We have at least one cron job which depends on productdims (daily_url, which generates the daily CSV reports for crash-analysis)

A good place to get the list of removed tables is the upgrade script drop_oldtcbs.sql
