That video works in the default Android browser but not in Fennec Nightly 17.0a1 2012-07-28.

FunnyOrDie is serving to our UA iPhone specific MP4/H.264 video of which Gecko currently does not support. In order to get video playback, they would need to serve open video.

Or Firefox will need to support H.264. Firefox OS will support H.264 (bug 714408) and Firefox for Android may support it as well (bug 759945).

Update: Tested on mozilla-inbound (w/bug 759945 enabled), and playback functionality is still inoperable on Vimeo. Tapping the 'Play' control yields an in-player error, "No video with supported format and MIME type found."
