Steps to reproduce:

I entered the following url:
http://www.macally.com/techsupport/manual/phr100ace_manual.pdf

This is a 404 page


Actual results:

The browser stopped responding for about a minute.
Can't close tabs, Windows, change tabs, etc. .
The page loaded but the window is freezed and than it releases after a minute.


Expected results:

The page should have load and the browser should not have frozen.

By the way, the script on that page is 1/ weird 2/ fishy 3/ buggy.
