Steps to reproduce:
Try to save a very large image to a profile/contact (not a usual profile size. example: 960x716).
Actual results:
Error: Image corrupt or truncated: file:///C:/Users/***/AppData/Roaming/Thunderbird/Profiles/itq8yq3m.default/Photos/0065352900073730735.JPG

In the preview, if i select a profile in an address book, are some fragments of the image.
Expected results:
correct presentation of the image.
I can't see the problem on TB17, Win XP. A big image 1000x715px (150KB) is included correctly.
What is the file size of your image? Also, are you sure the image is not corrupt, can you view it fine in any other image viewing application?
I wrote an example for a file size (960x716). The image is not corrupt and I can see it normal in other applications.
In the "Edith Contact for ..." section "Photo" is a correct presentation of the image.
I include an expample image (see URL) which I want to use for a contact.
