Steps:
1. Go to Settings and set Plugins to 'Enabled'
2. Visit www.ziare.com. Wait for the page to load completely
Expected:
Viewport should be on the top of the page
Actual:
Viewport jumps to the zone where flash is present

Flash is going away (bug 1381916), so there's no point in pursuing this further.
