Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Reviews page for an app that has reviews added (ex. https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/test-app-whateeuur1979/reviews/ )
2. Click the "1 reply" link from a comment that has a reply.

Expected results:
The reply for that comment is displayed under it.

Actual results:
Nothing happens.
