Like other many other spellcheck tests, this one fails in Native Fennec. (On XUL Fennec it is skipped because of needs-focus.) This patch just annotates the test, like many of the other spellcheck tests.

Landed with rs=me for now, so native Android reftest-3 can be unhidden and thus doesn't get broken any more whilst we are waiting for the official review (since comment 0, we've already had to fix bug 780373 due to the suite being hidden). https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/rev/b5b5fb7f05f2
