fwiw this was affecting whole relent team. but shortly after I filed we left office for food. if my mac address will help you one I am back at hotel let me know

releng was on the 7th floor in the boardroom. I'll get desktop in sfo to look into it.

tested WiFi connectivity in SFO boardroom and it is working properly.
verified that network is functional.

It was after hours, the person who opened the bug left, and it was working the next morning.  In absence of anyone local to troubleshoot or a canary host (bug 781045) I rebooted the controllers.

There is an unrelated known issue with the controllers (bug 777954) which necessitates a code upgrade.  Maybe there was some other unknown issue at the time.
