releng was on the 7th floor in the boardroom. I'll get desktop in sfo to look into it.

We don't really understand what happened here, right?
It was after hours, the person who opened the bug left, and it was working the next morning. In absence of anyone local to troubleshoot or a canary host (bug 781045) I rebooted the controllers. There is an unrelated known issue with the controllers (bug 777954) which necessitates a code upgrade. Maybe there was some other unknown issue at the time.
