We need a mention to the SoundTouch library in about:license, when this library is imported in the tree. The bug for the actual import is bug 764495.

I've put a LICENSE file in media/libsoundtouch/ which contains the full text of the LGPL license.

"Should I create a LGPL section, and say that files in `media/libsoundtouch/src` are LGPL licensed hoping that we will use more LGPL libraries in the future, or create a SoundTouch section, and put the text for the LGPL?"

Answer: please do the former. I might change it later if we get more LGPLed stuff, but that will do for now.
