As Mozilla has shifted to using CDNs to handle installs and updates, we need to make some changes to the /contribute section of the website. Jake Maul summarized it well:

The other link, http://mozilla.org/contribute, links to
http://www.mozilla.org/contribute/areas.html, which talks about the
mirror network and links to
http://www.mozilla.org/community/mirrors.html. That page also links to
http://www.mozilla.org/community/mirroring.html. We should probably
consider revising one or more of those pages so we're not sending a
mixed message.
