In bug 779607 I was given access to w64-ix-slave05 as a loaner to test out pymake. I need admin access to that machine to run Process Monitor and debug an issue with the build process.
Blocks: 779607
i.e. either get the credentials for Administrator or make cltbld an admin.
Went in via RDP and changed Administrator password to the same as cltbld.

Also double checked all sekrits cleared for Administrator.
