780445 - Reload opens new tab with Tree Style Tab installed

Recently, a few changes have been observed in how tabs are reloaded by the various methods:

* Left click reload toolbar button
* Right click > context menu item "Reload"
Actual: Reloads current tab; appends new tab with the reloaded tab url
Expected: Reload current tab only; do not also create new tab with current url

* <Ctrl> + Left click reload toolbar button
Actual: clones current tab (at least the bf history), and switches to new tab

* <F5>
* <Ctrl> + <F5>
* <Ctrl> + <r>
* <Ctrl> + <Shift> + <R>
* <Shift> + Left click reload toolbar button
* Right click > context menu item "Reload" + <Shift>
Actual: Reloads current tab, no new tab created

Haven't installed any new addons lately, so this was unexpected...

Suspected TreeStyleTab due to recent issues with that addon.
(Although IIRC, the reload issue predates the other more recent problems).
Disabled only that addon, restarted, this page was restored, reloaded -> *NO* duplicate.
Re-enabled that addon, restarted, this page was restored, reloaded -> *DUPLICATE*.

Went to report to addon bugtracker, and discovered addon bug:

Because the bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=776290, TST is totally broken on Nightly 17.
I have no brainstorm for this issue...

So, this seems to be another effect of bug 776290...
