Steps:

1. Launch https://people.mozilla.com/~anarayanan/gum_test.html
2. Select audio
3. Wait for it start running successfully
4. Put your machine into sleep for at least 5 seconds
5. Resume from sleep

Expected:

The audio should start recording again upon resume.

Actual:

The audio fails to start recording again.

Strangely enough, this appears to only happen on Windows.
Hardware: x86_64 → All

Don't know - when I tested this bug originally, it was focused on gUM specifically, not the media recording API.
