Not for me even in Firefox 19.

Have you installed the latest Windows updates including KB2670838?

The PDF displays correctly after installing KB2670838.

This bug appears to persist for FF 19 on Linux.

This may not be a font problem cause German sites appears ok.

What are the errors in the web console?
What is your graphics section of about:support?

Looks like it's popular on Linux to disable web fonts (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-fonts-and-colors-websites-use#w_custom-fonts). dE, could you try to use new/empty profile?

It works for me on windows 10 pro.
I'm closing this bug because a lot of things changed since it has been reported, but of course if someone can reproduce it, don't hesitate to reopen.
