Currently, when printing from WikiMO, an entire page of navigation is printed before the contents of the page. These navigation elements are useless on paper and should not be included in print media.

This includes all the "skip" links, the links about the current article, the Navigation links, the Personal tools links, and the Toolbox links. This also includes the links in the footer to thinks like About and Privacy Policy.

In short, nothing in the header, tab bar, sidebar, or footer should be printed. Only the actual contents of the article should be printed.
Agreed. However I think this is theme-specific, and due to limited resources, we're not addressing non-critical issues on deprecated themes.
