Hi there,

I'm working on an etherpad:

ignite.etherpad.mozilla.org/outreach20120806

and right when I really need it, it's "Loading..." indefinitely.

I tried logging out, reloading, using a different browser, etc., to no avail. Any thoughts? Much appreciate!

I don't have access to that team site so I can't check it myself... however I suspect what's happened is that the pad now contains some bad data. Something like bug 715061, perhaps.

An admin of the 'ignite' team site might be able to help you here, to at least recover the contents of the pad. When you (they) log into the ignite team site, it's under the Admin tab... there's a "Recover Pad Text" in the sidebar.

That bug has some other possible solutions as well that might be useful to you. You can sometimes use the Time Slider to fetch the data, and you can use command-line tools to sanitize it.

Since this is a team site, you may also be able to view the "Read-Only" link to the pad, which sometimes works as well. Go to the pad list (https://ignite.etherpad.mozilla.org/ep/padlist/all-pads), find the affected pad, and use the gear icon on the left side to view the read-only version.
