Since for some stories it's important that they get done as soon as possible, and there is always the possibility that not all stories get done, I'd like to be able to order the stories based on their importance for the current sprint, so developers can pick stories from the top, and we don't have to abuse other Bugzilla fields for the task. This is probably more important for teams that deploy continuously, where it actually matter whether a story is done at the beginning or the end of a sprint.

I think you can/should use the bugzilla priority field for this. This gets carried through to scrumbugs and is sortable. If this does not work for you re-open and we can talk more.
