Steps to reproduce:

Clicked on a link in the twitter-for-mac application, which tried to open the URL in a new tab in Firefox (Aurora 16). BTW, I'm on mac lion.

More specifically, you can see that the automatic IDN'ing of the domain name  "señordeveloper.com" did not occur as expected, when the browser tab was opened by clicking a link in another app.

If I copy-n-paste that domain name into the address bar, works fine. If I click that link from inside a browser tab (twitter.com client), works fine. If I click the link from the twitter-for-mac client, see the error, then simply focus the address bar and hit enter, works fine.

But directly clicking the link in the app doesn't work.

Minor annoyance, but I think a bug nonetheless.
