Details

Due to a recent commit to our test tree bmo/4.2, bugzilla.allizom.org is not longer accessible and is probably failing due to a file permission issue. Please make sure all dirs/files in the data/template dir under the Bugzilla web root have the proper permissions. I think it is root.apache but I am not quite sure what the other files have for their permissions. Thanks dkl
