Could not get the 9-9-98, or 9-7-98 Mozilla Binaries to load/run. Gives me an
error that reads:

"the MOZILLA.EXE file is linked to missing export MFCO42D.DLL:3300"

I've tried both an older version of MFC42D.DLL, MFCO42D.DLL, MSVCIRTD.DLL, and
MSVCRTD.DLL (from MSVC 4.x), and the newest versions (from Dev Studio 6.0).
Neither allow me to load MOZILLA.EXE.

I'd be happy to help test your code if I could only get it to run.

fegui.cpp
Something about pSSLString being NULL is giving the code grief.
