+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #772410 +++ Please reprocess all reports starting a week ago which have a signature starting with "flashplayerplugin_11_4_400_252". It was mentioned in on flash-rrt by Benjamin that we currently have symbols for windows 32-bit only at this point.

Let's be more generic: please reprocess any report where the signature contains the string 11_4_400_252" from the past week. (This will catch things like npswf32_11_4_400_252.dll@0x33617c and RtlEnterCriticalSection | npswf32_11_4_400_252.dll@0x579d74) which would not be caught by comment 0.

Actually note: I only received npswf32.dll symbols from jeclark, I did not receive FlashPluginPlugin.exe symbols for this release.

(In reply to Benjamin Smedberg [:bsmedberg] [away 27-July until 7-Aug] from comment #2) > Actually note: I only received npswf32.dll symbols from jeclark, I did not > receive FlashPluginPlugin.exe symbols for this release. Well, then reprocessing only makes sense for anything containing npswf32_11_4_400_252.dll as nothing else would benefit. So, here's the criteria we should use right now: Please reprocess all Firefox crash reports since 2012-08-04 with signatures containing npswf32_11_4_400_252.dll and re-run aggregation for all complete UTC days since the 4th.
Summary: Please reprocess *11_4_400_252* → Please reprocess crashes with Flash 11.4.400.252

Backfill is done. Please note that as long as we're getting Google Doodle crashes, doing backfill is taking a long time due to increased load on the server.

(In reply to [:jberkus] Josh Berkus from comment #4) > Please note that as long as we're getting Google Doodle crashes, doing > backfill is taking a long time due to increased load on the server. Thankfully those have already ended, from what I'm told. :)
