Details
A hard drive is bad in node2.testing.stage.metrics.scl3. It needs to be replaced and then formatted and mounted as /data4 like /data3.

DC Ops, This disk was supposed to be delivered on Aug 10th by IX Systems' driver. Can you A) find it and B) replace the bad disk on this server?

Bad hard drive has been replaced. I will ship it back to IX Systems.
