781204 - [browser] webm video is not playing in browser

Environment :

Otoro phone, build 2012-08-03
Taken from default.xml in b2g-distro:

    "platform_build" revision= 9d84ba5
    "gaia" revision= b9c65a8
    "mozilla-central" revision= a104ac7
    "gonk-misc" revision= 23709ac

Repro :

    1. go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/big_buck_bunny_480p.webm
    2. click on the play button

Expected :

    should see the webm video play

Actual :

    the play turns into a pause, and then disappears but no video appears.

Note :

    nothing in logcat seems to give an indication that something went wrong...

Maybe Otoro specific?

I'ved dupped it to the newer bug since that has the information on the cause of the issue.
