Problem: Couldn't attach any document when composing email with Yahoo and
Netscape web-based email.
Previously when I used Netscape 6 to attach documents, no error msg was
generated, no indication of the progress and it seems that it was still trying
hard to attach the document after 10min for a small text file (few KB)... , but
finally I had to close down the browser.
Mozilla reported "time out error" when contacting the site (Yahoo/Netscape).
I found this bug when the Netscape 6 was newly launched. I had to switch back
to using Netscape 4.x. Today I downloaded Mozilla 0.8.1, thought that the bug
might have been fixed, but after all this time the bug still exists in Mozilla
0.8.1.
