Details

in "docshell/test/test_bug529119-2.html", we open a new tab and that tab reference a domain which doesn't exist.  On the panda (and panda only) we seem to sit on this tab and never catch the error or close the tab.  We are expecting an error in this test.

this appears to be fixed on newer builds.
