Currently, when one passes over collapsed <div> sections in lengthy Wikipedia articles one can definitely feel scrolling degrade to a crawl, such as on the URL [1]

I notice that when I scroll up and down across the <div> sections, my console begins to flood with GeckoScreenshot messages.
mozilla-15 seems to be unaffected
