This covers implementing the view code and templates (desktop and mobile) for the firefox desktop feedback view. We can probably lift this from the existing input.mozilla.org site and modify it based on what we need to additionally capture.

While reading some other code, I realized that I may be over complicating this particular bug. Is this bug for making the read view code, or the create view code? Ie, user facing survey, or analyst facing details.
I was thinking specifically the feedback view. i.e. The one named "feedback" in the old input. That should probably also cover the "thanks" view, too. However, if you want to extend this to cover viewing opinions (the "opinion_details" view), then that's fine by me. But it might make more sense to cover that in a different bug if only because otherwise this bug gets pretty big.
Making all of these P2--they need to get done asap.
