We currently have page titles of "Downloads", "Add-ons Manager" and "Your Apps" (the apps one is a reused string that should be separated into its own). We should be more consistent.

This patch renames the titles to:
* Downloads -> Download Manager
* Your Apps -> Apps Manager

Ian - Is that we want? Or do we want:
Add-ons, Downloads and Apps  ?

"Manager" has zero whimsy

Technically, I think "Manager" has -3 whimsy.

Simplifying it to Add-ons, Downloads and Apps would be preferable, for sure.
