Details

When using add-on with TabAttrModified event listener (e.g https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/snip-it-button-for-ebay/ or https://github.com/gleuch/dash-out) page address is not shown at the location bar in a new opened window at first. Page loads OK. After creating and closing additional tab address appears. Event handler function doesn't seem to matter. Empty one does the trick as well. Checked on FF 14.0.1 on Windows and Linux. Steps to reproduce: 1. Install https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/snip-it-button-for-ebay/ or https://github.com/gleuch/dash-out add-on. 2. Restart FF and go to any web site with links. 3. Right click on any link and select "Open Link in New Window." Address is not shown. 4. Press Ctrl+T then Ctrl+W for address to appear.
Works for me.
(In reply to Kris Maglione [:kmag] (long backlog; ping on IRC if you're blocked) from comment #1) > Works for me. Plus we now no longer support this type of add-on, so resolving as WFM.
