Steps to reproduce:

Went to Twitter.com.


Actual results:

SeaMonkey loads the top bar, my information (followers, following, # of tweets) and recent Tweets but it doesn't load the place where I can type new tweets. After a few seconds a yellow notification from Twitter states that Twitter seems to be loading slowly and to reload. In no amount of time will the browser finish loading the website.
This happens every time I go to Twitter and has been happening since I got SeaMonkey a week ago.


Expected results:

It should have loaded Twitter.com correctly like it does in every other web browser I have.

Also the menus on the right side of the Twitter bar (Account and "write a tweet" button) don't work.

- Does it work in safe mode (Help → Restart with Add-ons Disabled)?

Oh, and BTW, Power PC isn't supported anymore, see http://www.seamonkey-project.org/doc/system-requirements

Where did you download SeaMonkey from?

I'm not able to use FireFox 14 but I can use Aurora 16 which is just the FireFox beta and it does load the web site correctly without any problems.

I actually got it from here: http://code.google.com/p/seamonkey-ppc/

I should probably ask him about it.. I had forgotten it wasn't an official project per say.

Tanner, I understand that he uses the patches from TenFourFox so you might want to see if TenFourFox has the same problem.

@Reporter: Please feel free to reopen this Bug if you still can reproduce the problem with a current SeaMonkey version and a current OS and if you can contribute a step by step instruction due to <https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Bug_writing_guidelines>  (containing every key press and every mouse click) how to reproduce the problem reliably.
