Bug 716479 will upgrade license of l10n files.
But as for japanese original l10n files are not in hg.mozilla.org.

ja/ja-JP-mac locale files are automatically generated from common ja source in:
http://code.google.com/p/mozja/

So we should update files in our google code repository, not to hg.mozilla.org.

Gerv, I believe you have some script to upgrade license. Could you share it to me, then I can upgrade license of our files.
Or, could you make patch for our files in above google code repo?
