Please add a helpfulness graph to the KB dashboard that includes only en-US helpfulness data.
This requires a bunch of refactoring to use existing code from the KPI dashboard over in the KB dashboard. I think this is 3pts.

Also it would be great to get a description of where this goes on the page, etc. Ideally a mockup would be provided, but at least a simple description would help.

I vote for holding off on this until we are further down the redesign road to avoid conflicts.

This goes at the bottom of the KB dashboard. The style is the same as the helpfulness graph on the KPI dashboard. Yes, let's make sure we hit our redesign goal, but let's get this in right ASAP.

The query is a bit slow so we might need to redo this kpi to be calculated daily in cron and stored in the metrics table.
