Details

If you drag down the notification bar, you can't hold it in place and reverse the direction, it will always open. Similarly, if the notification bar is open and you start dragging it to close it, but you reverse direction and re-open - it will close when you lift your finger. Opening/closing the notification bar should respect the velocity direction of the drag action.
Isn't that a Gaia bug that should be filed in Gaia's Github repository?
