We should reduce the logarithmic retry for indexing tasks. It's currently like this:

RETRY_TIMES = (
    60,           # 1 minute
    5 * 60,       # 5 minutes
    10 * 60,      # 10 minutes
    30 * 60,      # 30 minutes
    60 * 60,      # 60 minutes
    2 * 60 * 60,  # 2 hours
    6 * 60 * 60   # 6 hours
    )

We should nix the last two slots--if ES is having problems that last longer than an hour, we'll probably need to reindex anyways.

The end result of this is that we're more likely to have things indexed closer to the time they were changed in the db or tell us that there are problems.


This is a super easy change, so I'm sticking it in 2012.16 as a 0 pointer.
