Upon restart after updating to Firefox 15.0 (beta channel), I was greeted with a new tab for *every single one* of my add-ons, describing it as "installed by a third party" and asking me to reconfirm that I wanted it.

All of the add-ons were in fact deliberately installed by me from within the add-on manager.

This was doubly irritating because each tab for a restart-required add-on asked me to restart Firefox.
Can you attach copies of extensions.ini, extensions.log and extensions.sqlite from the profile folder.
Attached file extensions.ini
Sure thing.
Attached file extensions.log
Attached file extensions.sqlite
Based on extensions.log, this is bug 671894.

You only need to restart once for all those add-ons. Bug 769494 would clarify the messaging for that.

I thought so, but I don't think a naive user would realize that.
