Jen, please polish up the celery(?) task Arron wrote for pulling in content from MDN. Given a URL, it should pull in the raw content from MDN. Not sure if we need to rewrite any links or so, but we can pass that bridge when we get there.
What's left to be done here? Last I checked it looks okay but Jen probably knows best :)
The original task screen-scraped MDN, but MDN has a raw=1 parameter that can be used to just get the content. The locale handling was also slightly wonky before, we might have to fix that up for the next iteration.
