postfix lookup links
On the left hand side of the Lookup page for an App it would be good to have Manage (edit App) and Review History (review page) links under the Statistics and Activity links. They're on the public listing page already.

Looks like the Manage (edit App) link was supposed to be there but the %is_admin% variable was missing. This commit should fix it:

Once that's merged its just the Review History link needed.
