782650 - Too many context menu items for input fields

Now that we do text selection input fields, there are a lot of context menu items that show up if you long tap on a selection. We can also take this opportunity to clean up these context menus in general, since I don't think we need things like "Copy All" now that we actually support text selection.

Right now, when there's no active selection, the context menu includes:
Copy All
Select Word
Select All
Paste
Select Input Method
Add Search Engine

And when there is active text selection, it includes:
Copy
Copy All
Select Word
Select All
Share
Paste
Select Input Method
Add Search Engine
