Add-ons using versions of the SDK that haven't been added to the validator generate cryptic errors

Details
If the validator only has hashes up to version 1.8.* of the SDK, an add-on using version 1.9 will generate an error along the lines of "You're using an old version of the SDK (1.9). Switch to the latest (1.8.*) and repack your add-on".
