This is what it looks like if you fail to log in http://cl.ly/IlLH This could be because you had a typo in your email address, the password or the connection to the Mozilla LDAP server might just temporarily be down (very unlikely) Either way, there should be a way to reset the form so you can re-try the credentials. At the moment you have to refresh the whole page to get the form back.
Upon closer inspection I think this is invalid. The only reason you get the result as shown in the screenshot above is if the server responds with a 500 error. And most certainly this only happens when the network connection between us and ldap is down. In that case you correctly shouldn't re-try again. If you just enter the wrong password you actually get quite a pleasant UI http://cl.ly/IkTA
