Steps to reproduce:
Opened a page that contained special characters in the title. I then used a dropdown menu for an ecommerce site that refreshed the content, but did not refresh the page
Actual results:
characters in the title changed to their native HTML
Expected results:
characters should have stayed the same.
I tried with IE9, same result. Not sure if it's a browser bug.
