Patch

I don't know if it is planned to ship B2G build with WebRTC but this patch turns it on for all platforms. Not sure if it works on Gonk but it works on desktop builds and this is a good thing to experiment.

We have no gonk support currently, so while this doesn't hurt too much that doesn't give us anything either...

Patch

Can we do this for !GONK? The code this enables is just going to occupy (precious) flash storage space without any benefit.

Be careful that we doesn't end up having websites think we support WebRTC (with feature detection) while it's not actually supported.
