783115 - Add bug URL field to test case versions

To be able to cross-reference implementation/regression bugs and MozTrap tests a bug URL field should be added. It will contain the link to the appropriate bug tracker entry. This is similar to what we had in Litmus.

This field can be used by other tools to auto-create regression bugs in the appropriate bug tracker and add the dependency.

Mass-closing remaining MozTrap bugs as WONTFIX, due to 1) the Mozilla-hosted instance being decommissioned (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/TestEngineering/Testrail), and, for now, 2) the still-up code archived at its GitHub page: https://github.com/mozilla/moztrap (we'll decide what's next for that, in the near future).
