Just spotted a project that use Firefox Home logo on sourceforge.net and I'm unsure about if it's legal or not :

Jishnu - This is the bug I mentioned where I was hoping you'd use your sourceforge account to send a message to the owner of this project explaining he doesn't have permission to use the Firefox Home logo and asking him to remove it. Thanks in advance.

Perhaps since we've retired Firefox Home it isn't worth pursuing? 

John - Do you know if we have any plans to continue using the Firefox Home logo?

Definitely no plans to use it.

That said, it's still one of our logos and we shouldn't be letting others use it.
