steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/settings 2. Change your Display Name 3. Save Changes expected behavior: Changes are saved. observed behavior: Save fails with "There were errors in the changes you made. Please correct them and resubmit." The POST is a 200, so I don't know why the Save is failing.
Davor removed some fields from the template, but the form is still requiring them.

This is true for all fields under Settings->Account
