Live indexing can happen very soon after data gets saved to the db. Because of that, we should pin live indexing tasks to the master db.

This bug covers fixing that.

Putting this in 2012.16 because if the theory is correct, it's a big darn deal and will affect live indexing for everything.

Pretty sure it's an easy fix that's a few loc tops, so making it a 1 pointer.
