783640 - [Fx15] Create new memory landing page

We'd like to create a new landing page.

Directions:
1. Create a new page based on the existing Speed page template and functionality: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/speed/

2.  Put it on a new URL you create that we call http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/memory/ (carmen use this as your destination URL in the email)

3. Change the copy to what is determined in bug 782462. Note - this page has some copy text blurbs that I can't see based on what version you're on. That may need to change in order to apply to Memory vs. Speed - let me know and I can tweak.  

4. Launch live anytime before August 24th

5. Collect 500 points (jk!)

Visible at http://www.mozilla.org/b/en-US/firefox/memory/ for now (notice the /b/).

Needs QA.
